What is is an online platform that provides an easy way for parents and childcare providers to connect directly.

Parents can create a free profile advertising their childcare needs/requirements. And childcare providers such as nannies, childminders, nurseries and tutors can create a free profile advertising their services.

Unlike the traditional agent we do not charge commission fees. Members deal directly with each other and carry out their own ID checks, reference checks and guarantor checks on each other and negotiate their own fees.


How to register on

1. Click on the register button and fill out the registeration form.

2. Check your email for the email we sent you. If you use Gmail check your "All Mail Folder".

3. Click on the link in the email. You will be taken back to our website to complete your profile.

4. Fill out the registration form, upload your profile picture, click save and publish.

5. All done.

What do I get with Basic Membership?

Basic Membership is completely free. In order to browse for your listed local childcare providers or to browse for childcare jobs in your area you have to register for a basic account. Basic membership allows parents advertise for childcare, tutor or housekeeper requirements. It allows childcare providers/tutors advertise their services. In addition, basic membership allows you read and reply to messages from prime members. See our membership page for more details.

What is Prime Membership?

Prime Membership gives you access to contact registered users. Basic members will have to wait for Prime Members to reply to their adverts.

What is the concierge service?

The concierge service are premium services we provide for parents for a one off fee. This includes;
•    Legal advice on childcare and employment.
•    Paediatric first aid training course for your nanny.
•    Nanny Training.
This service is currently available only for parents in Lagos.

Why should I pay to upgrade to Prime Membership?

For parents upgrading to prime membership will give you access to contact childcare providers you have seen their profiles and are interested in. You can contact a provider by emailing them directly or by sending them a message via our secure messaging system. This is essentially important for parents with immediate childcare or tutor needs. Get connected immediately by upgrading to a prime member. For childcare providers or tutors looking for their next job or new customers, upgrading to a Prime account will give you the access to contact parents who have advertised for your services. Parents who upgrade to prime membership have the greatest chance of success because waiting around for a care provider with prime membership to reply your advert may mean the best childcare providers and tutors may secure a job before they come across your profile.  With prime membership your profile will appear at the top of search results and you will be notified of new adverts posts in your area before basic members.

Inaddition, a lot of time and resources has been spent in developing and maintaining this website. We employ people who maintain this website as a result we have over head costs. This is why prime membership is a paid subscription, to enable us keep maintaining this platform.


How do i upgrade to Prime Membership?

Upgrading is simple. Follow this link and chose your subscription plan. You will not be renewed automatically. You will receive notifications when your subscription is nearing its end. You have the options to renew your membership or revert to the Free Basic Account. You will lose the ability to contact members when your account reverts to Free Basic Membership.




I have not received my account verification email?

When you register for an account we will send you an verification email with a link to activate your account. If you haven’t received this, please check your junk or spam folder. If you use Gmail, check your All Mail Folder.

To get a new verification email sent to you, try to log into your account, you will be prompted to click a button for the email to be resent to you.

Why can I not log into my account?

If we think your profile contains something that violates our terms and conditions we will remove it. We may notify you on further steps to take.


How do I edit my personal information? (address, email, number, etc.)?

Log into your account, go to my profile, click on edit profile, click on personal details. You will be able to edit your personal details here.

Who sees my personal and contact information?

Your personal information that are visible to other users on are your first name, last name, the town you live in, your gender and your age. Only Prime Members are able to contact you via our secure messaging system or directly via email.

You can give your contact details to people you wish to contact via our secure messaging system. Please be aware that any personal information you post in your profile or other postings on the site will be visible to the website users. Also, any personal information you include in your communications with other members will be visible to them. We encourage you to use discretion in sharing personal information with others.

How do I reset my password?

Log into your account, go to my profile, click on edit profile, click on personal details. Click on change password.

If you have forgotten your password, on the homepage click on the sign-in link. On the pop up window click on "forgot password?" provide your email address and  a reset link will be sent to your email address.





What do you do with my personal information and is it safe?

Your personal information is safe. We will not give or sell your personal data to anyone.

Why is my profile not showing?

Your profile will not be visible to other users if you have deactivated it. To re-activae your profile, log into your account and click on the activate button at the top of your profile.

We will remove your profile if it contains anything that goes against our terms and conditions.

How do I upload or change my profile picture?

Log into your account, go to my profile, click on edit profile, click on care match details (for parents) or job match details for (care providers). Scroll down to the end of the page to the picture upload section.

Why was my profile picture not approved?

Photos may not contain nudity, violent or offensive material, or copyrighted images. If your photo includes children, by clicking Upload Photo you verify that you are the parent or that you have the explicit permission of the parent(s) to include the children in your photo.

How do I post an advert??

By filling out your profile completely.

How do I edit my advert?

Go to your profile click on edit my profile, save when you finish.

Can I delete my advert? / What does it mean to deactivate my profile?

Parents if you have found a childcare provider or tutor and you no longer have an immediate need for your account, or childcare providers & tutors if you have found a job and no longer have immediate need for your account, you can deactivate your profile instead of closing your account. To deactivate your account click on the deactivate button at the top of your profile page.

Deactivating your profile would keep your account active but would remove your profile from search results, this means no one can see your profile. You will still be able to use the website as usual. Activate your profile when you are ready to use your account again by clicking the activate button on the top of your profile page.

Why can’t I send messages or reply to message?

You must be a Prime Member to contact other members. Basic members can only reply messages sent by a Prime Member.

Check that you are logged into your account. If you are unsure, log out completely and log back in to ensure that you are logged in correctly. It could be that the provider you are trying to contact has deactivated their account and will no longer come up on search result. Or the prime membership of the person you are trying to reply their message has expired.

How can I contact a parent or childcare provider I’m interested in?

Only Prime Members can contact other users. Messages can be sent using our secure messaging system on our website or via email.  Both parents and childcare providers personal contact details are kept confidential. To send a message click the 'Message' button which appears towards the top left hand side of each profile. When you send someone a message, they will receive an email notifying them they have a new message waiting.

If you would like to upgrade your account in order to reply an advert you are interested in, go to the Membership Page, Under Prime Membership click on "Get Started Now" and choose between 60 days, 90 days and 1 Year memberships. You will then be taken through our online payment process.

Can I add my contact details to my profile?

Contact details such as email addresses and phone numbers are not allowed within your profile due to safety and confidentiality reasons. We strongly advice this so that your information will not be misused by scammers. Howevers nurseries and daycares can put up their address and contact details.

Parents and other childcare providers are free to exchange their contact details in private messages sent through our secure messaging system or via email.

How do I unsubscribe from emails?

We will only send you emails that we think would be useful to you. However if you’d like to stop receiving some (or all) promotional emails from us you can opt out by editing your privacy settings. Go to your profile, click on edit profile, click on personal details and scroll down to the end of the page to where you can specify what type of which emails you’d like to receive and which you’d rather not.

There will be an unsubscribe link at the bottom of every promotional email we send to you. You can unsubscribe by clicking on the link. Please note that even if you opt-out of receiving marketing emails, we will continue to send you administrative emails regarding including, for example, notices of updates to our Privacy Policy, if we choose to provide such notices to you in this manner.



Why has my question or email not been replied?

We aim to reply every query within 48 hours.

How do I cancel my Prime membership subscription?

When you have found a care provider r a job and no longer need your Prime Membership you don’t need to do anything as we will not automatically renew or bill you.

It is advised to keep a record of the contact information you accumulated before your account reverts to the Basic Membership. As you will not be able to contact people with a Basic Membership.

How do I close my account?

Visit personal details on edit profile page, scroll down to where you will find the option to close your account. If you need to reopen your account please send us an email and we will open your account. You dont need to open a new account.

How do I write a review on a parent or childcare provider I have worked with?

Go to the users profile, scroll down to the review section and click on write a review. Members have an option of replying their reviews

How do I report a concern to

If you see something in a profile that doesnt look right to you please send us an email with the link to that profile, or the name of the profile. At the bottom of the home page there are various ways of contacting us. You can send an email to us, chat to us or fill out a contact form.

Is my payment card details safe?

Yes. does not save your payment card details on any of our servers. Instead, your payment details are handled by VouguePay. VouguePay is a leading provider for secure payment processing and your payment card details are always protected.
